Pregamal+ Folic acid
last week i found out I'm 5 weeks preg, my doc prescribed Pregamal iron vitamins and they only contain 100ug? of folic acid, so i decided to buy the 5mg folic acid because I think it's too little since I was not uisng folic aid before. So I'm taking both so tha the total can be 6mg. I want to know if it is too much?
