I was wondering so many people told me if i want to
fall pregnant the first month of trying for a baby
i must sleep with my husband's semen in side of
me for the night. Is this true or not.
I'm not using any birth control but nothing seems to happen.
So I realy wanne know if this fact is true if I can try it.
Please reply. We really wants to start a family.

It will not increase your chances of pregnancy. Sperm reach their target in seconds.
