Pregnancy and Gym
Me again .... am about 5 weeks pregnant and when I spoke to the gynae he said that I should continue with excercise. I have been doing the treadmill and cycling at gym. Before I found out that I was expecting I used to do the circuit (not heavy weight - between 10 - 35 kgs - arms and legs) but I would like to know if it is advisable to continue with this. I know that I must not work out to hard but are weights on a low resistance ok?

If you are used to doing weights, this should be fine. However, you should avoid those which put strain on your abdomen.
