Last week I found out that I was 10weeks pregnant, my first baby, really excited. For the last 2 months I have been going to the gym atleast 4 times, I only do aerobics. Can I continue to excercise and take it at my own pace or should I refrain from doing so, please help!!!

You will probably need to cut down on the aerobics. It is not safe to push your pulse rate up for too long and also an increase in temperature is not good for the fetus. Swimming is a good form of exercise and many gyms also have programs for pregnant women.
