Pregnancy planning
My husband and I have decided we would like to start a family. I have started taking folic acid, vitamin B12, iron and a general multivitamin. What else can I do to prepare my body for pregnancy? What can my husband do to prepare his body? Also, my mother is a triplet. What are my chances of having triplets or twins? Is there anything I can do to prevent multiple births?

Other than following a healthy diet and avoiding smoking and alcohol, you seem to be doing fine.
If your mother is the only triplet in the family, your chance of multiple pregnancy would not be that high. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to prevent this if it is going to happen.
