pregnant over 30
hi there,
i'm 34 just found out that i'm pregnant with my first child- there's always a lot of talk about pregnancy after 30 -please tell me what are the complications and what should i look out for-
please note this is serious and i need expert advise on this matter.

Over 35, there is a slightly increased risk of Down syndrome. This can be tested for in the pregnancy.
