Premature labour pains vs Braxton hicks
Hi girls,

I'm a bit puzzled. Sat eve I had quite severe pain in my lower back and tummy, coming and going. Hubby and I laughed a lot that eve, could this be the cause, or is it Braxton hicks? What is the difference? How do I know this is NOW the time to go to the hospital? I was 33 weeks last week.

Braxton=Hicks are tightenings which are not painful. The time to go to hospital is if the pains are regular and persist.

Best wishes
