PRENANCY & MISCARRIAGE
I was 9 weeks pregnant when I had a miscarriage a few weeks ago. It's hard to tell everyone (since we just announced that we were expecting). When is it save to tell people (I've heard that the baby's chance of survival is much greater after 12 weeks and your chances of miscarriage drop significantly). Is this true?

It is true that the miscarriage rate is less after 12 weeks, so this is probably a safe time to announce a pregnancy.

Best wishes
