progesterone deficiency
a friend of mine has been trying for a baby but has been told she has a progesterone deficiency. she has heavy, delayed periods with a lot of pain...what causes this?

This usually means that she is not ovulating, and there are many reasons for this. She would need further investigations by a gynaecologist.
