The type of pills which are 21 and 7 iron pills,is it safe for u to have sex when u start taking the seven iron pills?

They are not iron pills, they are inactive pills. You are protected throughout the month on the Pill. You have to take 7 of the active pills before you are safe, when you start the Pill for the first time.
