sleeping badly during the first trimester
i am used to sleeping on my back, i read that it is not healthy sleeping on your back because it could stop the bloodflow to the fetus. from what months would that be applied to? i am trying not to sleep on my back, but it keeps me awake at night.. i am now 10 weeks
From about 20 weeks onwards, you should try not to lie flat on your back. A pillow under your side might help.
