smelly urine
i have had a smelly discharge since i was young,im now 22,it smells like fish.but in recent years ive developed a pain in the lower abdomen,it lasts for some days then goes off,and comes back again.my urine is orange in color and smells bad although there is no pain when i urinate.the most embarassing thing in my life is that i urinate during sex.please help.
