spotting
HI I AM 32 YEARS OLD AND MARRIED FOR 8 YEARS WITHOUT FALLING PREGNANT EVEN WITH UNPROTECTED INTERCOURSE. INITIALLY I DID HAVE IRREGULAR PERIODS BUT FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS MY PERIODS ARE ALWAYS REGULAR ALTHOUGH I AM NOT SURE I OVULATE. MY CYCLE LENGHS CHANGE OFTEN. I DON'T HAVE INSULIN RESISTANCE AND I MANAGED TO LOSE WEIGHT RECENTLY TO GET INTO THE HEALTHY BMI INDEX. ALTHOUGH I HAD ADULT ACNE AND HISUTISM THE ACNE IS CLEARED NOW, LEFT WITH HIRSUTISM THOUGH. I NOTICED THAT I SPOT FOR ABOUT A WEEK BEFORE I GET MY PERIODS. AFTER MY PERIODS THE SPOTTING STOPS THEN STARTS AGAIN IN ABOUT A WEEK OR TWO. MY PERIODS ARE NOT HEAVY AND I DO GET CRAMPS IN SOME MONTHS BUT NO BACK PAINS ETC. THE SPOTTING ONLY OCCURS WHEN I HAVE A BOWEL MOVEMENT AND NOT WHEN I URINATE. NO OTHER PAIN OR DISCOMFORT IS FELT. IF I DON'T HAVE A BOWEL MOVEMENT THEN THERE IS USUALLY NO SPOTTING ALTHOUGH IN THE WEEK BEFORE MY PERIODS I SPOT EVEN WHEN I DON'T HAVE A BOWEL MOVEMENT. I DON'T HAVE CONSTIPATION OR PELVIC PAINS WHEN I SPOT. WHAT CAN BE THE COURSE OF THE SPOTTING? I ALSO DON'T PRODUCE ALOT OF PROGESTERONE.
It sounds like you may not be ovulating and that the hormones in your cycle are out of synch.
The bleeding with bowel movements may be rectal bleeding. You don't say whether you have seen a doctor/gynaecologist, but this would certainly be a good idea.
Best wishes
