stomach growing
I had a ovarian cystectomy and sterilisation by cutting tubes, its been a month already and my stomach is growing. It really looks like I am pregnant.
What could be the course, and what can I do to flatten my tummy again I have started gym today.

It could be that your abdominal muscles are lax after the operation. See if the gym helps.
