Stopping the pill for getting pregnant
I want to stop taking my pill for the purpose of getting pregnant. I am worried though that my body is not going to cope if I just stop taking it. Before when I've tried to stop I just started bleeding out of my normal cycle and wouldn't stop until I started taking the pill again. I was wondering if there is a medication I could take that would help my body get back into a normal cycle without the pil.
You should take folate. This is not particularly to help with adjusting to being off the Pill, but to help prevent spina bifida when you fall pregnant. Unfortuantely, there isn't anyhting to help with the adjustment after stopping the Pill.
