I have had strange pains in my right side, either just inside my groin or just inside my right pelvis, and the odd pain in the left side of my pelvis. I have problems with bowel movements and if I 'massage' my abdomen to ease the constipation, it sounds as though my lower abdomen (mainly right side) is full of liquid/digestive juices or something. What could be wrong?
