Temperature ???
I have calculated that ovulation will occur during this week. I have been monitoring my temperature closely but do not realy know what to look for. Will there be a signifficant change in temperature just before or during ovulation and if so, what should I be looking for????? I have read numerous books on pregnancy but no one discribes what you should be looking for with regards to the change in body temperature. I have also been using folic acid. Will this increase my chances of conceiving??? Thanx

There is an increase of about haf a degree just before ovulation. You should monitor your temperature for a few weeks to get a pattern, as there are minor variations from day to day.
Folate will not help you to conceive but will help prevent spina bifida if you fall pregnant.

Best wishes
