Terrible menstrual headache
My wife who is 36 had two kids through ceasarian section, the youngest kid is ten months. She menstruates heavily and gets this terrible headache. What is the cause and solution?

Many women have premenstrual headaches on a hormonal basis. Other than analgesia or using the Pill, there isn't much she can do. There are many causes of heavy periods, from problems with the uterus to hormonal problems. A gynaecologfist would be able to assess this.
