I am 57 years old i have never been on any contraceptive in my life recently my periods have taken another turn, i have been menstrating for three weeks i don't know what is happening since i am not in any kind of medication or stress. My other problem is that this is causing dizziness and a terrible head ache please help.

You need to see a gynaecologist urgently. While this may be hormonal, it could indicate a problem with the uterus or cervix.
