Thyroid & pregnancy
I had D&C, endometriosis removed and cysts removed a year ago. Been trying to fall pregnant since. had pap smear recently which showed hpv-i am goin into hospital next week to have lazer to cervix, colposcopy etc. my mom has thyroid problems and is been treated. do you think my infertility is thyroid related? when i swallow i feel a lump in my throat - do you think i should get this seen to? what are my chances of falling pregnant after the op next week?i am feeling quite run down as there is just one problem after the other and i dont know what else to do??? please help

If you think there might be a thyroid problem, you should have this checked. The operation to the cervix should not interefere with your falling pregnant, but could predispose to an incompetent cervix, so you should be sure your doctor knows about it as soon as you fall pregnant.
