Hi there,
Thanks for your kind words and advice. I really appreciate that. I am a very sensitive person and take affence when people speak harsly and rudly to me. I got this contraceptives, from my friend. I've been on Triphasil for quite a while now and stopped them due to financial problems. I got it at first from the clinic where they didn't really tell me anything, but they gave me a instructionspamflet with it. After six months we started to buy it at the pharmacy and after December's christmas that wasn't so kind to our finances, we couldn't afford it that month. So I stopped. Then my friend when to insert a loop and couldn't use Triphasil anymore so she gave it to me with no pamflet. People on this forum told me as long as you take any 7 pills you'll be protected. Me and my fiance had sex after just 4 active pills and then on the day I took my 7th one. Is there any possbility of pregnancy?
If I am, I'll still love the baby with all my heart and give him/her everything I possably can.

There are a number of misperceptions and wrong information about the Pill going around.
You have to take 7 ACTIVE pills before you are safe. Many pill start on the placebos, and these pills will not count. So, Ciska, you were not protected when you had intercourse and will have to wait and see whether your period comes at the expected time.
Secondly, ovulation does not occur on the Pill. The Pill works by preventing ovulation. Thus there is no need to take extra precautions at midcycle if you are on the Pill.
