transverse position baby fibriods

i am 24 weeks pregnant, at my last ultrasound, the obstetrician told me because of the multiple large fibriods in my lower abdomen, the baby was forced into a transverse position. does this mean i will be having a c-section. i have been researching this on the internet?

If the baby remains transverse, you will have a caesarean. Also, if the fibroids obstruct delivery, this will also mean a caesarean.
