Vitamins & pregnancy
Hi, please advise me as to whether any of the following vitamins & supplements are harmful while one is trying to fall pregnant and/or during pregnancy:
1 Bettaway Womens Own multivitamins
2 Bettaway Evining Primrose oil
3 Salmon oil
4 Bettaway Vitamin C
5 Bettaway Calcium extra
6 Nutricelle’s Cellu-lite containing L-Carnitine, Bladderwrack and Horse Chestnut

I don't know the constituents of Bettaway Women's Own Multivitamins. Salmon oil, Vitamin C and calcium are fine. You should probably avoid the Cellu-lite. In general drugs do not cross to the fetus until after implanation which usually occurs on about Day 24 of your cycle, so if you avoided taking the medications for the last few days of a cycle until you knew whether or not you were pregnant, you should be okay.
