Weigthloss during pregnancy
Is it possible to loose weight during pregnancy. I am 10kgs overweight and would like to prevent picking up too much. I excercise 4 x a week. Cycling, walking, orbitrek 20 mins each. I also have a flabby tummy. Can you do exercises to tone your tummy during early stages of pregnancy - crunches, sit-up, gym ball crunches etc. Thanks

It is fine to follow a healthy diet and exercise program, but do not 'diet' and don't do anything too strenuous in terms of tummy exercises. You won't be able to avoid the weight gain there.
