WET LUNG CONDITION AFTER CAESARIAN
Dear Doc,
Can you give me more info please, re baby wet lung condition after caesarian, what does it mean? How dangerous it is for a baby? What do the doctors do about it? Does happen with most babies born by caesarian?

It means that the baby inhales some of the fluid around it. This causes some mild breathing difficulty but it is not particularly serious. It usually resolves on its own without need for any intervention. It is more common in babies born by caesarean but only occurs in a few cases.
