When do you feel movement
I've read on this forum that most ladies started to feel movement of their babies at +/16 weeks. I am now on 20 weeks and haven't felt anything yet. Also, when going for the monthly scans, our baby doesn't move around on the scan like all the descriptions from the other moms-to-be, i.e. "he was waving with his arms" or "turning around", etc. Our baby is in one position all the time (and I can't even really figure out where the arms or legs are!!)
The heart is beating strong though. Is there any reason for concern? When should I start feeling the baby move? I think what is stressing me out even more is the fact that people are now asking me whether I could feel the baby move yet and when I say "no" they frown and tell me how strange that is...

In the first pregnancy, fetal movements are often only felt at 22 weeks. If the size of the baby on scan is normal and there is a good heartbeat, it would seem that all is well.

Best wishes
