Why is cycle changing?
Hi, Please advise. I used to have a 21 day cycle and every month I would count 21 days and I'd get my period. I was a virgin till I got married. However, ever since I got married things have changed. My cycle first moved from 21 days to 25 days, then to 27 days and this month to 24 days. Because we are both in our early 30's, we both want to start with a family immediately, but with all of this, I am finding it hard to track down when I should be ovulating. Please advise if this is normal and how do I track ovulation. Thanks

You could use the cervical mucus method to track ovulation or buy an ovulation detector kit. Cycles do change over time and yours is still within normal limits.

Best wishes
