old scar forming open sores & infection
four years ago i broke my ankle and had a plate and screws inserted. I have now developed open sores along the scare line which is infected. I have used many bactroban etc but it is getting worse. What can be the problem?

Please consult your doctor about this- they need to take a swab of that area to determine what organism is causing the infection (don't use any more Bactroban- it will contaminate the swab).
