Please advice ................
It has been 6 months since me and 5 other colleagues were told that we got some posts that we we interviewed for. Nothing has come of that, we were only informed telephinically with no appointment letter. We enquired why is it taking so long to take over our new post and were just taken from pillar to post.

we asked our shopsteward who told us that the new post are on a new grading and they told management that if they put us in those post then it should apply to all employees. it was the start of this new grading and we were the ones it was going to start with.

Can i take this futher and what are the chances?
