resigantion-payouts?
i have been working for company 2 years. i gave 1 months notice. last day 31 aug. all good. they close over december period. my start date was 1 july. what payouts must i get? leave, sick, annual bonus, increase? Worried he might crook me.
You obviously must be paid out for any leave which is outstanding. The annual bonus will be governed by your contract.
