six month contract
my company has employed me as a contract worker for a period of 6 months. I was told that if I performed well , my contract will be re-newed, and made perm staff. Well my contract has been re-newed 7 times and up for review in March, and still not made perm staff. Is this acceptable or fair as i am missing on all the fringe benefits

It looks like you are being renewed merely to avoid being permanent. This is not fair and not acceptable and you can refer the matter to the CCMA.
