Time keeping
My collegue performs well at work, but is frequently late for work.
She has had verbal warnings and the company now gave her a written final warning. Does that mean if she is late EVER again, she will be dismissed?
Time keeping has become a big issue and if in fact you are on a final written warning another late appearance at work could lead to a disciplinary hearing which could lead to dismissal.
