what natural sources do you recommend for selenium and calcium?

Hi Oliver

Calcium is found in green leafy vegetables, raw seeds and nuts, especially almonds and sesame seeds. Its found in oily, bony fish, cooked dried beans... Avoid sugar and refined foods as it robs the body of calcium.

Selenium is found in tuna, oysters, molasses, mushrooms, cottage cheese, cabbage, baby marrows, chicken.....
Again avoid refined foods as these rob the body of selenium.
