dandruff problems
Hi, My brother suffers from terrible dandruff. I really don't know what to do for him. Some people say to use Denorex and some people say to use Niz shampoo. The hairdressers say they have a product that works, but it very expensive. Does denorex or niz really work? If not, what could you recommend. Thanks.
PS, please don't ask me to ask the "skin doc" coz he isn't replying any of his messages.

Hello Sharon

Long term use of Thursday Plantation Anti-Dandruff Shampoo could just be the answer for him. He must avoid foods that cause high acidity such as sugar, refined white flour products, alcohol, coffee, tea, fruit juices, cool drinks, energy drinks, sweets etc etc... Encourage him to drink a minimum of 2 liters of water daily and to eat the food nature makes. Internally products such as Bio-Strath and Urticalcin will be of great benefit to him, inside and out.

Kind regards.

Estie
