DIABETIC AND TIRED
Good day
I am diabetic for the past 21 years. I had a lung operation and a tb abcess was removed, ever since I am very tired, my sugar levels are out of control, I am putting on weight and have this terrible pain in both my arms. I suffer from night sweat and sleeplessness.
Is there anything natural I can buy to feel better
