Hi.
Thank you kindly for your great advice. I appreciate it. That gel, is it somewhat expensive? I've sat with my legs crossed when I was in hight school, but that was a long time ago. I never had it then, just all of a sudden I got it.

The Venaforce Gel and tablets together will cost plus minus R250. It lasts for a month or so and works very well. If you are on your feet all the time or if you have had children, or your lifestyle is not good and your eating habits need attention, even genetics, can all cause this type of problem. Sitting with legs crossed will worsen the matter. This is why it is not recommended.
