Extra supplements for Vegetarian?

Hope all is well!
I've stopped eating meat/flesh of all kind since 01/01/04 for more than one reason. I still consume dairy products and free-range eggs(occasionally). I intend to eventually be dairy & egg-free aswell. I exercise regularly, take Biostrath(only once a day) & is overall quite healthy, I'm 27years Female. My question is : Do I need to take any extra supplements(eg VitB injections)? Just a last question : Is Biostrath available in the UK aswell as I will be there for +/-2years?

Bio-Strath is available in the UK yes. You do need to increase your dosage of Bio-Strath and rather have it twice daily. If you do feel run down then increase the dosage according to your needs. Maybe 3 or 4 times per day. There is no need for any other supplement if you take good care of the variety of foods you eat with Bio-Strath. Some vegetarians do take extra Omega fatty acids.
Please do make sure that you have enough protein in your diet and here you must have legumes, pulses, raw nuts and seeds, soya products, avocados, cottage cheese etc... Your choice to become vegetarian is something one respects. You must please just listen to your body and if it battles being a vegan only, rather stay being a lacto-ovo-vegan.
