Filtered water
Does drinking filtered water only also upset electrolite balance. Mine has 3 carbon filters, something else and a reverse osmosis filter.
Natural health
Filtered water is good to drink. I would suggest you using a good multivitmain and mineral complex like FoodState's product daily as well.
