Grapefruit
I suffer from gout. Will grapefruit worsen the gout situation or is it harmless in that aspect?
hi
grapefruit would alkaline your system so should not aggravate gout.
It is best eating an alkaline diet as much as possible - lots of green leafy vegetables. Make sure you drink 2 liters of purified water daily.
