Mixing of essential oils
I have a problem with bleeding gums, and from research I found a very good remedy - using Myrrh essential oil. The problem is I need to mix it with alcohol. This mixture is then diluted with water and used as a mouth wash.
My problem is that I can not get the essential oil and alcohol to mix as the Myrrh is a very "sticky" oil! Please help, how can I get the two to mix? Or should I try to mix it with toothpaste instead?
Thank you.

Hello H

You need an emulsifier to be able to blend it. Ask a pharmacist to help you.

Otherwise try and use it on the toothbrush whilst brushing.
