PCOS
Hi there,

I hope you can help me with a few questions I have got.

I have PCOS and dont ovulate (been on clomid 100mg) - had ovarian drilling done and still dont ovulate. I WANT TO TRY THE NATURAL ROUTE WHAT CAN I USE??

My PCOS is under control on glugophage, it is just that I dont ovulate and I menstrate irregular (will not have a period for four/five months and then have a period for two/three months.

The only time that I have a normal period is when I am on Duphston.

Your lack of ovulation in theory should still be linked to your blood sugar imbalance. Have you had a fasting blood sugar test and a two hour challenge test ? I would still suggest eating smaller meals to assist with this. Their is a practitioner range product called Polyfem that assist PCOS and that will indirect assist ovulation. Also best to consult with a Chinese medicine practitioner who would be able to diagnose from your tongue and pulse what imbalance you might have in your body and treat you individually and holistically.
