sleep remedy
Hi There
Please could you tell me,is there anything one could give a 7 month old baby who is a very restless sleeper? He's not ill,he's otherwise fine, but is so restless when he is sleeping that he sometimes wakes himself up!

Products such as Rescue Remedy from Natura and Avena Sativa sleep drops from Weleda are all excellent to use. You could also take him to a homeopath as there are specific remedies used to treat nightmares and disturbed sleep but these need to be recommended by a homeopath. Another must for him is Bio-Strath Elixir. A quarter of a teaspoon in a little water or neat on the dummy 3x per day is wonderful for babies to help them with everything their little bodies need to be strong and healthy.
The above products have no side effects and are available from pharmacies and health stores.
