Thuja tablets
Hi,
I'm taking Thuja tablets from Natura and I've read the insert but I still don't understand how to take them. It says the mouth should be free from any tastes including toothpaste. Could I take them before brushing my teeth in the morning or can I do some light brushing using just water and my toothbrush and then brush my teeth with a toothpaste afterwards.

Take them when you do not have a taste of toothpsate in your mouth As you wake up, take them and wait a few minutes before brushing your teeth.
The reason for it is so that the mucous lining can be clear of any food, drink or toothpaste for absorption of the remedy through the mucous lining in the mouth.
