Need Counselling..plz

Dear Doc.

Am woking as a night shift, hotel receptionist and keep standing for longer periods and at the same time workign with the computer as well.What care you suggest i shud take in order to avoid any health complicacies.Sometimes i cant get enough sleep during the day resulting in a feel of disgust or lack of interest in work.What shall you suggest doctor?

Shifts and especialy night shifts are a problem - accepted a not a normal work pattern. The best and easiest 'solution' is to ensure you have a good diet, exercise and get a ggod sleep when off duty. You need to recognise that you are doing a night shift and to adapt your lifestyle to this. Good luck. Look to the future when you are working days and are the GM.
