It is said that smoking in public and government buildings is prohibited. Is it legal to have a smoking room in a government building?

A smoking room is only allowed if it complies FULLY with laid down legislation. This would include appropriate warning signage,extraction systems and positioned so that no passerby is exposed to the smoke. Most employers ignore the laid down guidelines.
