What is the strongest acne medication one can take, and still safely be a blood donor?

Most of the topical products (exluding retinoids) should be safe. Oral products are prescription items and this should be discussed with your prescriber. Oral antibiotics should be fine, but something like Roaccutane (or its generics) is a no-no.
