drug combinations - safe?
Please can you tell me, are there any painkillers/NSAIDS in general that are not safe/advisable to take while on Lamictin and Urbanol?

In general most of these product should be safe to use. With some products (e.g. tablets like Syndol that may cause drowsiness) you may experience increased sedation. Paracetamol may increase the "loss" of lamictin from the body reducing available serum levels. Note that if you suffer from epilepsy be aware that some products containing muscle relaxants may increase the likelihood of seizures
