eczama cream
can you please tell me what eczama cream my sister can use.
she use to buy a cream called Adco-betamethasome at the link phamicy in Cape Town and i understand that it can cost as little as R28, but every phamecy here in Pretoria refyse to sell it without presciption. why/ what can she use instead? it is senseless to go to the doctor and R150 so that you can buy soming for R28.
pls help. her skin is getting worse by the day and i dont have R150 to consult.

M,
The cream she is looking for is ONLY available on prescription as you've heard from the pharmacies in pretoria. The only corticosteroid available over the counter is Hydrocortisone (eg. Mylocort or Procutan). This is milder than the bethametasone, but may still help.
