Gluten and Lactose free calcium tablets
I have been diagnosed with osteapeanea (3x fracture risk factor) and have to take calcium tablets daily, however I am gluten and lactose intolerant (coeliac disease) and have been advised to take Sandoz F or Caltrate D Plus. Are these gluten and lactose free? and if not, what other calcium would I be able to take that is?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Heather,

Your safest bet would be Caltrate Plus as this contains neither gluten or lactose.

Best of luck!
