kindly help
Good Morning,

I need your help. My 17 month old son has post nasal drip and has been coughing a lot of phlem and sometimes vomits the phlem. Will only be seeing a paed on saturday but would like to try him on something in the mean time. He''s been having on and off again phlem since 6 weeks ago. Got admitted to hosp with broncho pneumonia. I have the following medication deselex, versef, pre flam, demazin, bisolvin, coughcod, adco flu pain, adco linctopent. I am sceptical of trying any of them because he''s been using them for quite sometime now. I got him nectadyn last night. I am at wits end and need your assistance.

Hi There

If you dont have a humidifier or a nebuliser, I'd suggest investing in one. Using water with these will already make a a difference, but adding Karvol to the humidifyer or a mucolytic nebulising solution.
Also continue with the BISOLVON as this will break down stubborn phlegm. Demazin is also worth staying on as it will dry the post-nasal drip.
